RC3 Guidelines

The RC3 Guidelines for Engaging RCRC Volunteers in Data Collection and Research by Partner Organizations are the first set of Guidelines published by the RC3.

 

These guidelines include a number of recommendations and reflections designed to tackle challenges associated with the participation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) volunteers in data gathering activities and research studies commissioned by partner organizations to the Movement.

The primary aim of these Guidelines is to provide researchers and National Societies (NS) with guidance and reflective insights for the effective involvement of NS volunteers in research fieldwork, emphasizing valuable direction and considerations to ensure a responsible and ethical engagement.
